Key Objectives:

·         To develop, a thorough knowledge of organisation leadership and motivation and to enhance participants own leadership skills so that they can create conditions which lead to motivation of organizational personnel.

By the end of the workshop the participant will:

·         Be able to identify key aspects of leadership and motivation

·         Have a clear understanding of leadership and motivation research, theories, and concepts

·         Be able to evaluate different styles of leadership and approaches to leadership

·         Practice and develop their own leadership and motivation behaviour
