Key Objectives: · To achieve a basic understanding of cross-cultural theories and be able to apply them to your organisation · To be sensitive to the cross-cultural forces operating in your organisation · To assist in overcoming “culturing shock” and dealing with people (staff, suppliers, clients) from other culture · To be able to relate organisation culture to cross-cultural issues and organisation behaviour
