·         To achieve a basic understanding of cross-cultural theories and be able to apply them to your organisation

·         To be sensitive to the cross-cultural forces operating in your organisation

·         To assist in overcoming “culturing shock” and dealing with people (staff, suppliers, clients) from other culture

·         To be able to relate organisation culture to cross-cultural issues and organisation behaviour

By the end of the workshop, the participants will:

·         Be able to apply cross-cultural knowledge to effectively understanding and managing cross-cultural elements in their organisations

·         Be able to analyse cross-cultural management issues, particularly in your own organisation

·         Understand corporate culture and relate this to cross-cultural management
